Seamless Black Quartz Kitchen in Tacoma

The showpiece in this Tacoma condo kitchen is a full-height backsplash that runs wall to wall in Marquina Midnight quartz without a single seam. To make that possible, every black upper cabinet and the refrigerator paneling came off the wall so the slabs could go in whole, and the veining now reads as one continuous sweep from the range to the sink.

The same deep black quartz tops a ten-foot black walnut island and every perimeter run, laid out digitally before cutting so the white veins carry across the joints.
